Once again this year, UEG Week in Barcelona was a great success, attracting many interested visitors and generating fruitful discussions.
The key highlights were our new SkillsStar training models and the new ESD model.
The new electronic skills trainers for learning endoscopic handling skills were received with great enthusiasm. The playful approach to learning and practising was particularly praised as a fresh take on training.
Our long-awaited new ESD trainer, with plant-based material, also attracted a great deal of interest. This makes it possible to practise ESD without the use of animal models in any standard endoscopy unit, without any hygiene restrictions.
We are delighted that our models once again proved popular and have taken home many suggestions and ideas for further development.
We look forward to taking part again next year in Copenhagen!
